Welcome to Pawsmith's Guild. By engaging our professional pet care services, you're agreeing to the following terms that ensure the safety and well-being of every animal in our guild. Have you reviewed our protocols for in-home behavior modification lately?

1. Service Agreement & Scope

We provide expert training, walking, and grooming consultations under the strict guidance of our behaviorists. Note that while we utilize scientifically-backed positive reinforcement, the success of any training program depends heavily on owner consistency. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2. Cancellation & Payment Policies

Life happens, but our trainers' time is valuable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will incur a 50% fee. For dog walking, we require a 24-hour notice. All payments are due at the time of booking to secure your specialist's slot. We don't like chasing invoices, so we keep it simple with automated billing.

3. Liability & Activity Waivers

Pet care involves inherent risks. When you sign up for walking or behavior modification, you're acknowledging that Pawsmith's Guild is not liable for unpredictable animal behavior or pre-existing medical conditions. Our team carries comprehensive insurance, but your pet's health remains our joint priority. Did you know our walkers are trained in canine CPR?

4. Safety and Vaccinations

For the protection of the entire pack, all pets must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. We reserve the right to refuse service if an animal shows signs of contagious illness or extreme aggression that poses a risk to our staff or the New York public.
